Q: I already have a physical Annual Pass but want to get the new digital Annual Pass

A: Contact the Ticket Office at the Museum and we will send you a link to your digital Annual Pass. You can also write to webshop@snm.dk and state your full name and Annual Pass ID, which can be found on the back of the card. There may be a response time online.

 

Q: How do I share my child's digital Annual Pass with my partner?

A: A digital Annual Pass can easily be stored on several phones at the same time and can be identified by name and photo.
When purchasing the Annual Pass, you will receive an email with a link to the digital Annual Pass. Forward this email to your partner, Grandparents or others who need to be able to download the Annual Pass.
You can also share the Annual Pass directly from the Wallet app on your phone. Tap the info Icon at the right corner and follow the instructions.

 

Q: How do I renew my Annual Pass?

A: If you have a digital Annual Pass, you can renew it directly in your Wallet app. Tap the info Icon at the right corner. Then select 'Manage Annual Pass' and follow the instructions. Physical Annual Pass can be renewed at the Ticket Office at the Museum or at the Palm House.

 

Q: How do I change my contact information linked to my Annual Pass?

A: Log on to your Account on our Webshop and update your information. If you change your e-mail and still want to receive our newsletter, sign up again on our website.
